Starting At The End...
Tom Venuto is a well-respected personal trainer, bodybuilder and
nutritionist.
His book, Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle has been
launched into an extremely
competitive and over-saturated market so
I thought that it would be useful to
give this book a thorough
review.
It may seem a bit back-to-front but I will start by summing the book up in
as
short a sentence as I can.
It is quite simply one of the most complete, detailed, and precise guides
to
fat loss that I've ever seen.
So What Makes It Different?
So if Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle is not merely just one more weight
loss
publication on the market what makes it so
different?
Well mostly, it's the attention given to each and every element of
successful
fat loss. It's the plain-English, No BS dispelling of
myths and fallacies and
the pain-staking detail given to every
aspect of diet, exercise and lifestyle.

will ever
need.

So what is this diet program all about. Is it high carb, low carb,
high
protein, low protein - what?
Well that depends. The

said Tom is a plain
speaker so you should not expect false promises.
There are no weight loss
miracles on offer here. If you are looking
for a way to
lose weight fast
you won't find it here - nor anywhere for that matter! It requires
thought, planning and hard work.
But having said that Tom does a
nice job of explaining everything in complete
detail.
I actually get the impression that Tom Venuto is not just a
successful
body-builder and fitness guru but he also a bit of a
psychologist too. Some of
the motivational stuff in this book is
truly awesome.
Stick With It!
If I have any criticism of to Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle it is that there
is
a lot of information to wade through. Someone who is desperate
for quick
answers to their weight problem might become a little
impatient to get to the
parts that are relevant to them. But
otherwise, it's all good, and everything
from eating to exercise is
covered in detail.
Burn the Fat is not something you can download and read in an evening (plus,
it
comes with several bonus files). But I strongly recommend that
you stick with
it.
The book can be downloaded as a clean and professionally formatted PDF
file.
But if you need hard copy you will need to print it yourself.
There are very
few graphics, but that makes it perfect for printing
off and reading at leisure.
So...
...overall impression?
You should buy Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle. It is well worth the $37
price
tag. I have no hesitation in recommending it.
