This is a review of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots weight reduction plan, written
by
someone who has used and benefited from Fat Loss For
Idiots.
I am sure you find that too many reviews are written by people whose
only
motive is to sell weight loss products? Not this one - this is
a good honest
review by a guy from England called Dan Coran who has
bought Fat Loss 4 Idiots,
used it and now wants to pass on his
findings to you.

No Exercise - No Pills
The Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet is a great plan if, like me, you want to lose
weight
without much effort. No exercise is required, although the
system does suggest
that a reasonable amount of exercise will
enhance the benefits of the plan - common sense I
guess!
You don't need to take pills and you will never have to feel
hungry. You can
pretty much eat what you like and still lose
weight.
HOW?
Well there's the secret - it's not what you eat, it's the way that you eat
it.
The idea is that by regulating how you eat your food you have no
need to
restrict your diet - and it really works!
This is perfect for me because I can't face intensive dieting - I like
food
too much. And strenuous exercise bores me rigid! Although to be
fair there are some great exercise plans around -
Turbulence Training
is a good example.
I was desparate to get rid of fat fast so when I first tried the Fat Loss For Idiots diet I thought that it was
unlikely
to work because it was too easy. But how wrong I was -
within few days I found
my waistline reducing and I was really
amazed with the result.
Two Plans
With the Fat Loss 4 Idiots download you get two plans.
The first
guides you through a program where you lose weight very fast.
They
claim you can lose 9lbs in around 11 days. Well, to be honest I
did not lose
fat that quickly but I did drop around 10 pounds in the
first two weeks and I
was well pleased with that especially after
some of the failures I have
suffered in the past.
The second plan is much slower but very effective over time and you have
more
freedom to enjoy the foods that you like.
Combine
the two and I believe that Fat Loss 4 Idiots could make a
real
difference to your weight problem.
Ten Rules
The Fat Loss for Idiots plan is built around ten very important rules. I
won't
go into a lot of detail here - the plan will help you with
that - but to give
you a clue, you will learn why it is important
to: -

Balance protein and carb intake.

Eat multiple times a day (little and often).

Prepare your meals at home.

Rotate your carb and protein intake.

Avoid sauces and side dishes.

Stop before you feel full.

This is an easy plan to follow and it is working for me. I would not
hesitate
to recommend it to anyone who is looking to reduce his or
