Sound Advice?
Dieting and weight loss advice can be found all over the place - and
certainly
all over the Internet. The clever part is understanding
which is sound advice
and which isn't.
Now I am not too sure that I can give you a foolproof way of separating
the
good advice from the bad but I do know this: -
Don't Believe The Hype.
You should not believe the hype. You will have seen the ads that show
stunning
super slim girls in swimsuits at a time when most of us are
feeling - and
looking - decidedly porky after too much festive fare.
They will claim that you
can get from where you are now to looking
as gorgeous as these models in no
time at all. Believable? -
NO!
Pills won't do it! I found an ad on the Internet that claims that you can
lose
weight in 72 hrs - and they will relieve you of $15 for a
bottle of pills. You
do know better - don't you?
Take Your Time.
There is good advice about on the web but you need to be systematic in
your
searching. Take notes and take time. Don't buy the first
product or program
that tells you what you want to hear - take time,
at least overnight, to think
before you decide.
Make sure that the program you choose contains effective help on maintaining
the
motivation to lose weight
.
Some advice will include heavy training. Some advice will include dieting.
One
thing I know is that weight training on its own won't do it -
and neither will
diet alone. My experience - and it is common sense
really - is that the truth
about weight loss lies somewhere in the
middle. Dieting balanced with exercise
is the perfect fat loss
method.
A good example of a plan that takes this approach is
Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle.
The best weight loss advice...
...is our weight loss advice. Now that may sound arrogant and boastful but
I
won't apologize because our advice is coming from genuine
experience and is
offered by people who have suffered the same
problems as you.

There are just four good programs that offer credible weight loss promises:
-
All four systems require perseverance and I guess that is what makes them
more
credible than most. But none of them is too hard work and they
are all very
reasonably priced.
