This is an first-hand review of a well-known and indeed well promoted weight
loss and fitness program called Turbulence Training.
Turbulence training was conceived and written by a certified strength and
conditioning specialist called Craig Ballantyne. It has been developed for both
Men and Women who, like most of us, have to work at time consuming, and for
most people, sedentary jobs. It is promoted as being both Time-efficient and
Research-Proven.
Not Much Time?
So if you have not much spare time and you are looking for a quick and reliable
method for effective weight loss and improving the way you look, then the Turbulence training ebook could
be for you - or could it?
To help answer that question it is probably best to consider the credentials of
the person promoting it. Craig Ballantyne is the author of this ebook and
indeed many other fitness strategies that have benefited a great many people.

My Own Experience
So now let me tell you a little about my own personal experience of Turbulence
training.
I am not one who likes to spend time in the gym - truth is I just don't have
the time for it. So the fact that I could follow the Turbulence training
program at home was the main reason that I decided to give it a try. I was
surprised to find that the program includes a lot of bodyweight exercises,
which suits me fine - I don't do weights! And also some great nutrition advice.
